The Integration of Administrative Databases (IAD) is the module of Graduate Career Tracking System (GCTS), in which factual data stored in other administration data systems (National Tax Authority, National Health Insurance Fund, Ministry for Innovation and Technology and Student Loan Center) are linked anonymously to individual-level data stored in the Higher Education Information System (HEIS). This gives us the opportunity to examine the labour market situation (eg. labour market status, income) of graduated students, which are effectively supporting institutional strategies, policy making, strategy-making and activity of labour market actors. The population of 2020 research are the students who graduated between 2011/12 and 2017/18 academic years.
The interactive tool enables you to examine the educational and labour market data of four different graduates cohort at each of the programs that have been successfully completed by at least fifteen graduated students. With just a few clicks, you can find answers to questions such as: how quickly graduates of that particular program found a job, how much income they have, what sectors and jobs they are working in, and in what proportion and direction they study further.
